working hard at the gym, i am also eating
healthy...
today in my refrigerator i grabbed
tuna salad...
1 large can of solid white
1 small can of light
(i think adds flavor)
a few table spoons of mayo
(not too much)
1/2 an onion
red wine vinegar
( because of the vinegar you can use less mayo and less to no salt)
1/2 an avacado sprinkled with salt and peppar
a few pickles
and these new seseme crisps
that are so good and a great "bread"
substitute!
skinny havens here i come...
