last nights dinner....

still eating healthy, 
last night for dinner i cooked 
a frittata topped with a petite tango lettuce salad,
1/2 an avocado, and fresh cut strawberries...



i love putting all kinds of ingredience
into my frittatas!!




i have given my frittata recipe before, remember
i use olive oil instead of butter...



a little curly leaf salad dressed with
my yummy dijon vin.
and fresh garlic give this dish nice texture...




and i always finish my frittata
in the oven
400-450 degrees...








yum! dinner is served!
