this is a video that gives us a just a glimpse
of what goes on in the House of Chanel.

Chanel understands the importance of fine tailoring and dress making, their goal is to preserve the art of design. In an old world style Haute Couture is keeping this dying art alive.

"Haute couture (French for "high sewing" or "high dressmaking"; pronounced [ot kutyʁ] OHT-koo-TOOR) refers to the creation of exclusive custom-fitted clothingHaute couture is made to order for a specific customer, and it is usually made from high-quality, expensive fabric and sewn with extreme attention to detail and finish by the most experienced and capable seamstresses, often using time-consuming, hand-executed techniques. Couture is a common abbreviation of Haute Couture, which refers to the same thing in spirit."
